Return Policy for RED LEMON PET

At RED LEMON PET, we strive to provide you with the best products for your pets. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Please review our return policy below to ensure you have the most seamless experience when making a return.
1. Return Eligibility
- Non-Food Items: We accept returns for most non-food products, such as pet accessories, toys, grooming supplies, and more, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Food Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items under any circumstances due to health and safety regulations.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require proof of the defect, which may include photos or videos. In some cases, we may need to verify the defect with the manufacturer directly before proceeding with the return.
- Manufacturer Verification: If the manufacturer confirms that the product is defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
- No Defect: If the product is found to be free of defects, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product’s original price.
3. Accessories Exchange (Size-Related)
If you purchase pet accessories (e.g., collars, harnesses, clothing, etc.) and the item does not fit, we will accept an exchange for the correct size. The exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges Only: We will only process exchanges for the correct size, not for a different style or product.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with tags intact.
4. Store Credit/Voucher
In cases where a return or exchange is approved, we may offer store credit in the form of a voucher. The voucher will be sent to you via email and can be used for your next purchase. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the return date of the item and is non-transferable.
- Store Credit Amount: The amount of store credit will be equivalent to the price of the returned item, minus any shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
